🔧 Quick FAQ & Troubleshooting

1. The app crashes or freezes on launch.

1. Make sure you’re on the latest version (open the App Store → Profile → Updates).
2. Force-quit and relaunch.
3. Still crashing? Email us with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.

2. I forgot my password.

• On the login screen tap Forgot Password?
• Enter the email you used to sign up.
• Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link.

3. My data isn’t syncing across devices.

• Confirm you’re logged in with the same account on both devices.
• Open Settings → Sync Now inside the app.
• If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of the sync error screen.
